ACEFC is not currently authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and does not provide regulated financial advice, including regulated mortgage advice or investment advice.
Where regulated financial products or services are required, ACEFC will introduce clients only to appropriately authorised and regulated third parties,who will provide advice and make all regulated decisions independently.
Anticipated Regulatory Development
ACEFC intends to seek appointment as an FCA Appointed Representative (AR)of an authorised principal firm in due course.
Until such appointment is formally confirmed and disclosed:
- ACEFC does not act as an Appointed Representative
- ACEFC does not carry out regulated activities
- No regulated advice is provided directly by ACEFC
Once appointed, this website and all disclosures will be updated to reflect the revised regulatory permissions and scope of services.
